With over 25 years of experience building successful recruiting and staffing agencies, I’ve helped countless founders grow and scale their businesses.
Unlike other industry ‘gurus’, I’m not some random person who made a few direct hire placements and decided to create a program. I’ve experienced firsthand the joys of building a hugely successful staffing agency that transformed lives — matching job seekers with the businesses that needed their skills and talents. In fact, I co- founded two 8-figure staffing agencies from the ground up, eventually selling one in a $28 million exit.

I survived two major recruiting market downturns, including 9/11 and the 2008 financial crisis. During the latter, I was working in the mortgage staffing sector and my biggest client was CountryWide Home Loans whose CEO became ‘the Face of the Financial Crisis’. Needless to say those were really tough times, but I made it through because I had systems and processes in place that really
